Thanks for contacting us. This is to inform you that, the Hueman Theme is responsive theme but it is not bootstrap based. So you have to select No Bootstrap Theme option in the EBS-Pro Settings page under CSS. This will resolve your issue.

Hi Adam,

First of all thanks for using our plugin. Please provide us the page url, we will check this for you.

However in bootstrap column width is defined in %age, so if we are creating the bootstrap row in a container, then bootstrap will divide the container in 12 columns or number of columns set in bootstrap.

e.g For 12 column structure single column width is around 8.3333%

So the size of column completely depends on the container size as well as on the number of columns set in the bootstrap.

Please check the EPS Pro Settings page, we have provided four different options for css

1. to use from plugin
2. From cdn
3. From theme
4. No bootstrap theme

in case you already have bootstrap theme then please select the From Theme options for css.

Other option you can use is the custom css area in settings page, you can write your css there too.

We have provide one option where you can change the shortcode prefix if it is conflicting with some other plugin such as for table most of the plugins use table as shortcode name so do we. but we have provided the option to change it as per your need.
