ParticipantI’ve not been able to recreate this. It seemed to happen when I clicked on the Help and Demo links but tring this time worked fine for Help but returns page 404 for this link:
http://demo.oscitasthemes.com/easy-boostrap-shortcode-pro/
I turned back on Shortcode Domination and it’s still working okay for now so I’m not sure what’s up.
If I get any further reproducible problems, I’ll drop them here. Thanks for quick reply.

ParticipantThanks for your reply – found the problem with it not working – it has a conflict with Shortcode Domination – once disabled – your (better in my opinion) plugin works fine.
Let me see if I can recreate the ‘bug’ again and if so I’ll pop you some admin details for checking it out.

ParticipantOkay, seems to be “redirection” plugin that has added a redirect to pages created by the EBSP Pro plugin. It’s all very confusing.
The plugin doesn’t work in any case (likely caused by some conflict some place).

ParticipantAny feedback for this? I’ve still not been able to get the alignright images to wrap text.
I also notice that when the page loads – for a moment I see a page with different styling then ‘pop’ the CSS code kicks in. Seems like it’s applying CSS after the page finishes loading.
Despite liking this theme, I might have to look elsewhere until this is sorted out.
Your support forums aren’t very supporting unless it’s a licence issue.

ParticipantDisregard this, seems it was caused by W3 Total Cache settings.

ParticipantThat’s great – worked this time.
Am I right in assuming that the theme licence key isn’t required to be entered anywhere for the theme?

ParticipantSent another message yesterday still no reply.

ParticipantHi again,
Still shows as invalid. I sent you a message using the contact form on the 28th April. I can send again if needed.
Thanks!

ParticipantAny update?
By the way, what are your normal business hours for support?
Tom Lorimer
ParticipantThanks for that
It appeared to have worked but now it shows invalid license again. It might be because I added my site url manually to the manage licence page.
Can you reactive it again?
Tom
