Theme style overrides Shortcodes

Even after the update, I continue to have the issue with the theme styles overriding the shortcode styles.

Even using the new custom function or making any change to colors using the shortcode dialog box does not solve this problem. It is particularly an issue with the well and service box (even changing color of icon does not work, it always ends up grey).

Buttons, notification and box frames work fine, color changes show up on the webpage properly.

Can you please review and fix this issue?
