Can't Download Product After purchasing it

How are you, I purchased your product Easy Bootstrap Shortcodes few minutes ago and whenever i try to download your product, your website is not letting me to download by saying your running time has out. Please resolve the issue and provide me a link from where i can easily download the product. Thanks
