Hi, I also have them same problem as below:

I purchased and installed Easy Bootstrap Shortcodes PRO.
In the admin the EBS-PRO Settings does not appears like indicated in “http://oscitasthemes.com/activate-ebs-pro-plugin/”
In the extension menu of wordpress, when i activate the Easy Bootstrap Shortcode Pro plugin a have an error message telling me that à cant ‘acees the page “https://www.xxxxxxx.pro/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ebs-license”
So now it is impossible to use, activate and register the plugin

I tried searching for a php.ini file but I do not have it.

WordPress 4.9.8 running Fastor Child theme.
