plugin disables my theme customization settings

The plugin disables my theme customization settings i.e. i am no longer able to edit my theme settings.
Plus, for some reason, the plugin removes all my widgets from the main side bar and the widgets are place inside the main are area of the webpage (center). Additionally, the main top menu is replaced as well.. Why is this happening????

Thanks for contacting us. This is to inform you that we have resolved this issue, now you can customize your theme using customize option of wordpress.

Please update your plugin to 3.7 version.
