There is a prob with zip files on the my account page. none of the zips are able to be used they all have probs so cannot install, read documentation etc … I see another person had this prob yesterday and you said you would email them to him. Could you please do the same for me.
Is this support site replied to? I bough product last week and still unable to use. This is not a support issue this is a fault with the zip file . Could someone please email, provide a link or update the plug in on the download page and let me know when done?
If this cannot be done today then please can I have a refund.
