Easy Bootstrap Shortcodes PRO can't be activated and registered

Hi,
I purchased and installed Easy Bootstrap Shortcodes PRO.

In the admin the EBS-PRO Settings does not appears like indicated in “http://oscitasthemes.com/activate-ebs-pro-plugin/”

In the extension menu of wordpress, when i activate the Easy Bootstrap Shortcode Pro plugin a have an error message telling me that à cant ‘acees the page “https://www.xxxxxxx.pro/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ebs-license”

So now it is impossible to use, activate and register the plugin

I use wordpress 4.9

I am having exactly the same problem, running wp locally on my windows – when i try to upload the zip file into the plugins it says the file is too big.

Thanks for contacting us. This is PHP configuration issue. You have to update the

upload_max_filesize 10M
post_max_size 10M

in php.ini file File. Another way out is, upload and extract the zip file in wp-content/plugins folder.
