      My formidable views do not show properly anymore since i installed the plugin. The tables are outside of the website. If i deactivate theplugin everything looks good again.

      is this problem resolved? Because I also use Formidable pro and bought the Bootstrappro version to use on the same site ( and in the near future probably on more sites ( more licenses..)
