Price Table Mouseover Bug

  I think I found a bug in your Pricing Tables as I was unable to figure out how to fix it and it happens in any browser that I test it in.
  
  Here is my site page with the pricing tables:
  http://naidevsite5.us/state-page-template/
  
  When your mouse over the last table in a row, the next couple tables in the next row move down to a 3rd row, even if the 3rd row doesnt exist. This should not happen, Ive checked margins and sizing and cant figure this out, how do I stop this strange reaction when a user mouse overs the last table in the row?
