Resource hog – Constantly rewriting the "EBSP Help" and EBSP Demo page

This is the second time i have tried to plugin with this issue occurring. Using Stream to monitor WP activity, I am able to see that literally every 5 seconds or so, the plugin is updating it’s preview / help pages. I notice that this significantly slows down the site. I reported this issue months ago so want to make sure – is 3.1 the newest version of the plugin? I have activated license and don’t see any update notifications. Also couldn’t find a change log anywhere to know for sure about the latest version.
