License
When you purchased an item from our store, you have actually purchased the license to use that item. Please go through the following details to understand the license
Things you can do?
- You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a āsingle applicationā), and the End Product can be distributed for Free.
- You can create only one end product for a client, and you can transfer that single end product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client
- You can create multiple copies of the single end product, only if the end product is distributed for Free.
- You can modify or use the Item with some other works and make a customized work. But the resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
Things you can’t do?
- You are not allowed to sell the end product, more then one client.
- You are not allowed to re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You canāt do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You canāt re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free.
- You must not permit an end user of the end product to extract the Item and use it separately from the end product.
- You canāt use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark.
- Although you can modify the Item and therefore delete unwanted components before creating your single end product, you canāt extract and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.
- You are not permitted to re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications items provided in the assets such as plugins, images or any other content.
Things you can do?
- You can create only one end product for a client, and you can transfer that single end product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
- You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a āsingle applicationā).
- You can Sell and make any number of copies of the single End Product.
- You can modify/manipulate the Item or can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license. You can do these things as long as the End Product you then create is one thatās permitted under license.
Things you can’t do?
- This license is a āsingle applicationā license and not a āmulti-useā license, which means that you canāt use the Item to create more than one unique End Product.
- You are not allowed to re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You canāt do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You canāt re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free/Paid.
- You must not permit an end user of the end product to extract the Item and use it separately from the end product.
- You canāt use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark.
- Although you can modify the Item and therefore delete unwanted components before creating your single end product, you canāt extract and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.
Automatic Plugin updates and premium support is available to customers for one year from the time of purchase for one domain. After 1 year license can be renewed for 50% off of the full price of the plugin. As soon as the license renewed, customer will continue to receive support and automatic updates to the plugin for another one year. In the case a license expires, the customer has 30 days to renew. After 30 days the original license will expire and a new license will need to be purchased at full price in order to reinstate support and updates for the plugin.
After successful payment process, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. This may take some time to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then request support through the support form of the respective plugin.
