osCitasThemes provides support via our fourms related to our products. Support can be requested per product through the use of form submissions. We cannot provide support via Social Media such as Facebook, or Twitter. And also we do not offer phone support.
We provide support only for our products, which means we don’t provide general WordPress support that isn’t related to our products.
When bugs are confirmed, we are committed to fix these bugs as quickly as possible.
Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 12:00am IST. During this time, we provide feedback on any support queries within 12 – 24 hours, and often much faster.
